Employees, agents, representatives, and assigns of itsmygifts.com:

1. May not violate any law or code of the United States of America, the State of Florida, the County of Osceola, the City of Saint Cloud, nor their various departments, bureaus, and agencies while acting on behalf of itsmygifts.com.
2. May not violate any law or code of any government that maintains jurisdiction over the location of delivery of the Product, whether physically shipped or electronically transferred to that location, while acting on behalf of itsmygifts.com.
3. May not discriminate or deny service to any individual based upon their race, color, ethnic origin, national origin, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
4. May not discriminate or deny service to any group, business, or entity that services individuals of a particular race, color, ethnic origin, national origin, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
5. May not knowingly enter into any binding agreements or make available any Product where the Customer's intended content for the Product promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or ill-will towards any individual, group, businesses, or government based solely upon their race, color, ethnic origin, national origin, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
6. May make available any Product to a Customer if the intended content promotes discrimination, embargo, or boycott, but not violence, toward any individual, business, group, entity, or government that is known to commit or has committed violations of socially acceptable ethics or humanitarian rights, provided the Product, or the delivery of the Product, does not violate any Ethics outlined herein.
7. May not knowingly enter into any binding agreements with competent individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
8. May not knowingly enter into any binding agreements with any individuals of impaired, diminished, or limited judgment, regardless of their age, where such individuals are under the legal supervision of a relative or guardian.
9. May not physically touch any individual of the opposite sex except in accordance with socially acceptable greetings (e.g., a handshake).
10. May not promote, endorse, or use tobacco, alcohol, or any other controlled substance, including but not limited to illicit and/or recreational drugs, while conducting business on behalf of itsmygifts.com.
11. May not knowingly enter into any agreements or knowingly provide any Product to any individual, business, group, or entity that has ties to known terrorists, terrorist groups/organizations, or countries that support, harbor, and/or promote terrorist activities, regardless of the target(s) of the terrorist activities.
12. May not knowingly enter into any agreements or knowingly provide any Product to any individual, business, group, or entity residing in a country that is under embargo by the United States of America, is considered to be an enemy by the government of the United States of America, or is currently at war with the United States of America.
13. May not knowingly transfer or make available for transfer any Product that will be installed, copied, disseminated, or otherwise distributed to any web server or web hosting company that physically resides in a country that is under embargo by the United States of America, is considered to be an enemy by the government of the United States of America, or is currently at war with the United States of America.
14. May not disseminate, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make available any personally identifiable information of any Customer; employee, agent, representative, or assign of itsmygifts.com; or any individuals, businesses, groups, or entities with whom itsmygifts.com has dealings, except as directed by court order.
15. Must protect the privacy, integrity, and security of information to which they have access.
16. Must immediately report to itsmygifts.com management and, if applicable, legal authorities if they witness any act that violates the law or code of any government presiding over the applicable jurisdiction, or any violation of these Ethics.
17. May not enter into any agreements or make available any Product where the Customer's intended content is of pornographic, profane, socially unacceptable, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by itsmygifts.com. Content that is sexually explicit in nature may be allowed if the Customer demonstrates it is of artistic, medical, or educational nature.
